I am very sorry to say this is the last prescription I will obtain from this shop. There have been so many errors since the introduction of express repeat. It's really not acceptable. This particular time I telephoned to advise my prescription had changed and I called in to obtain the first of my new prescription. We discussed what I needed and when, but I turn up there was only an allergy tablet, no blood pressure pills. 2 people behind me said they have the same problem with theirs missing or wrong. It's happened to me at least 6 times so I will take my prescriptions elsewhere.
