It would be nice if all staff could acknowledge that you are waiting to be served, even if they are busy with other customers. They all mean well but it's not a very efficient store. My experience recently has been that more than half of prescriptions aren't ready, or haven't been finished, or repeats not requested at all from the surgery.

Lloyds Bourne End, Bucks I cannot praise the staff highly enough. The Pharmamcist, Carol Flynn, unfailingly gives 150% to her role. She is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to assist in any way she can, often under extreme pressure. The staff also are extremely helpful and informative. It has been a pleasure to see the new young members blossom over time and become the professional and confident paople they are. I consider ourselves very fortunate to have our Lloyds of Bourne End.
