I really like this product. It was recommended above an oral HRT tablet by a gynaecologist. you can take up to 4 pumps of the measured pump dispenser each day. I started with one but found I still had hot flushes, but 2 pumps per day make me feel completely normal. What is best is that I have been able to lower the dose to the minimum needed by me to control my symptoms. The gel is not sticky and absorbs quickly. You apply it to upper arms and inner thighs. It has made my skin beautifully soft without leaving me all sticky and best of all, all my menopausal symptoms have gone!!
