The staff at reception are friendly,receptive and flexible. Surroundings in the Treatment Room are great, good waiting area, lots of helpful information leaflets and posters.

Excellent service. Regular user of the service. All staff are caring and I even consider the "girls" at reception as old friends. They are so friendly and always helpful.

All staff are very friendly and caring. Always able to get an appointment without delay. The "girls" Nicky and Sandie at reception are brilliant.
