The care given to both patients and relatives is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble they are always willing to help all this with a smile thrown in. A beautiful calm enviroment well done to all the staff.

I would like to thank all the staff at willow house hospital for looking after my dad bob cole side room 4 I couldn't of asked for a better place for him to be in his last days. To all the staff, nurses, kitchen staff, even cleaners thank you for what you do

Great care lovely staff. Sally always listens and answers questions. Both Dr Goodman and Fiona who left 2 weeks ago very attentive and present
- May be a bit more food choice. New relief Doctor needs to engage more. Spoke to Mary who asked senior nurse to schedule update tomorrow with myself when on duty

During each visit staff were proactive with patients and relatives. Mom just kept saying how lovely and happy she felt here. Seeing Mom laughing and chatting doing activities was a memorable moment. Her personnel hygiene and care has been exemplary. We have been so grateful to all the staff for caring for Mom A huge Thankyou to Roxanne ( Discharge Social Worker). L Sheldon Sallie V. - Apart from one thing, on discharge the communication with family could have been improved as we had to visit for an update as no one contacted us as promised.

The nurses and every one are very good and pleasant I get offered assistance and offered a lot of snacks through out the day.

Thank you to the Manager and all the staff greeting me with respect, very kind, helpful, smiley face. Which is very important for the patients. Good care and support. The Manager is very friendly greeting all patients every morning with a smiley face. He checks on patients to make sure everyone is ok. He is also helping his team with serving food for patients and helping his team very hard.
