All was relaxed and fine. Terrific staff and excellent consultant.

The whole experience was very good. Only feedback would be to more fully explain that even though the appointment was for 4pm the surgery would not start until 5.30 pm or after to allow for preparation. This was not a particular issue but would have been nice to know in advance.

For a surgical procedure, it was made as pleasant an experience as could be by the friendly and knowledgable staff.

great communications super helpful staff. v clean ward. and whole process was made easy and comfortable.
