The care we received was excellent and I do not think it could have l been better. Anna took the time to explain fully and we left the appointment feeling very well informed.

I felt that Julia who was running the group was very good and clearly very experienced. She was the only one who my son felt comfortable with as she was able to see that he needed her to play alongside him rather than engage directly with him. The worksheets with prompts is very useful. The only drawback was the room was small, hot and very noisy which isn’t ideal for my child as I could see he was getting worked up at points and functions better when the space is a bit less congested and there’s less noise.

The room isn’t the staff’s fault- I would say a bigger space would make for a better session.

Today is the first day and the experience is encouraging. I already know how best to work with my child to improve her needs.

Wendy Ruane was especially helpful knowledgeable and professional. I was treated with compassion understanding and friendliness.

I do not like having to take readings 3x a week!! Maybe 2x would be better.

We were greeted and treated in such a welcoming manner, from start to finish. The Therapist was so professional and courteous engaing both parents and child. Very informative and provided useful information geared towards a healthier progress.

Though it is said, there is always room for improvement. None can be found at this welcoming establishment.
