Bromyard Community Hospital

The daytime staff were great and very caring — the night crew not so . To a lot of the agency staff, it was way to pay the mortgage and it showed and because the football was on well into the night they couldn’t wait to get back to the tv.

Quite little hospital...When first person saw me, he already knew my name, witch tells me he reads his notes. That was really nice and made me feel welcomed. And he saw me straight away. I haven't waited long to see second person, he explained my situation clearly. I was surprised myself how quickly and smoothly it all went. Thank you very much x

Thanks to the Parkinson's Nurses, my understanding of the disease is much greater; they can answer any question I have.

I always feel like my comments are being acted on and Meetings invariably end up with a positive result as far as treatment is concerned. This is all very much appreciated.

Food & staff at Bromyard both very good.

Audiology lady was excellent. Explained everything in detail.
