If I can't get an appointment on the day I want it or close to it, I can book a telephone call with the GP of choice. If he feels it is necessary he can then offer me to be seen. I do think it would be beneficial to have a phone system that routed the caller through to an appropriate action. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
