It's very difficult to get a face to face appointment with a doctor at this surgery l don't understand it nowhere else seems to have this problem yesterday I had to phone 111 for my wife who had respiratory problems and tried to get an appointment the surgery said 3 weeks for a telephone consultation 111 got one straight away. I have written to our MP

This surgery needs someone in authority from the NHS to go there and sort it out.
