Westfield road surgery

The doctors and staff are so lovely and friendly you get good attention you are not treated like a number. Sometimes you meet old friends. There you have not seen for a while and you can have a laugh even though you are are not feeling your best (The NHS does a brilliant job).

It is very easy to get an appointment. I just can not often get to see my own G.P. However my treatment has been fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and includes me in decisions regarding my treatment. The nurses are lovely very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am very impressed by their ability to take a lot of responsibility from the doctors. The receptionists are brilliant. They are efficient with lovely personalities and make me feel welcome. They keep their cool even when I have seen them very rarely have to deal with some difficult patients. The Winnersh surgery is very local and easy to access with good car parking. I have been with this practice for many years and had several diverse ailments. Some quite serious. The G.P's have always dealt with me as an intelligent adult who has the right to know about anything affecting my health and the various options for dealing with it. I would Highly recommend this practice and everyone who works there. LONG MAY THEY STAY OPEN.

Had Dr Smith my symptoms. She told me she had 'no idea' when was wrong with me, not overly helpful, I asked if it could be related to Fibromyalgia- apparently no idea, seriously what is happening.

A very helpful going lady in the "office" called Olivia.

Immediate help to attend to my needs and appointments made for this week. We (my wife and I) are constantly praising LED practice for its confident care of us over many gears and we pray it will never change. All staff deserve a big hug.
