I was sent a letter stating me and my family were removed from this surgery after I refused to remove a bad review… A few days ago I called in for an appointment as I have 3 young kids that have been getting sick quite often. Every time I call I have a problem with getting an appointment. I have been calling for a few days and wasn’t able to get an appointment as they said they had none. They would take me details and promise me a call back but I would never get a call back. When I called in on time to get an appointment for my twins that are 3 years old and have been extremely sick I was put on hold. When they took me off hold they disconnected the phone. Obviously I called them back because I was worried about my twins and needed an appointment. When they finally picked up after a long waiting time they told me they had no appointments left even though it was their fault for disconnecting the call on me and the receptionist was extremely rude to me over the phone. So I left a google review saying “rude staff” After I left this review I called back and got 3 appointment's straight away after I gave them my details. When I attending my twins appointment the receptionist asked me to remove the review and I refused to do so. They started being extremely rude to me in front of people saying if you aren’t happy you should leave the surgery and you aren’t welcome here. They even said to get out of the surgery repeatedly. Everyone around me was telling me they can’t speak to you in this manner. I have a right to review them if I’m unhappy with their service. They cannot force me to remove a review. After shouting at me a lot and threatening me i left. Today I recieved a letter in the post saying I had threading and aggressive behaviour to our receptionists. They also mention how they have given me seven appointments in the last 3 months. I have 3 young kids that have been getting extremely sick as well as me. They cannot comment on how many appointments I should be asking for. It’s not their job to do so. And now they said they will remove me and my entire family of 6 people. I’m not sure how they’re allowed to remove 6 people from their surgery after being so threading and rude themselves. Even the doctor at my appointment told me they cannot treat me this way and have no right to disrespect me. I have a right to get appointments for my kids and family and removing my whole family from their surgery is shocking and appalling. I’m definitely happy to leave this surgery after the receptionists behaviour but I cannot believe they sent me a letter saying my behaviour was threatening and aggressive. I can assure you I was no “aggressive” Would not recommend this surgery to anyone. I hear people arguing with the receptionist all the time. They behave in this manner with everyone, no respect, no manners and clearly need more training in doing their job.

I had an appointment with Dr Sonya Jey. She was the sweetest doctor i have ever met. I recommend other patients to book their appointments with her especially children. I am 10 years old Lily

The surgery has changed ownership recently and we are no longer able to book appointments online which means you have to call up which isn’t always convenient. I have voiced my concerns about one of the receptionists but hopefully this was just a transitional issue with surgeries merging
