This practice is way beyond a joke. 40+ minutes to get through to reception, only to be told appointments can only be booked online. Sadly they have introduced a new system "Patches", which is only available at a certain morning time frame, after that, you're left seething and getting more ill. Not forgetting the added stress and anxiety. What a Joke! Gone are the days of seeing a doctor in the surgery. Even in Covid days, if patient insists on face to face due personal or specific circumstances, the surgery is obliged to honor the request. Now they just ignore. They hide behind 4 walls, sitting, enjoying the ease of work and reaping the rewards from the government. Where is the NHS going....?
