Their has been a massive change in the practice over the past three months or so , the receptionist is abrupt and comes across as someone with no sensitivity in a g p practice it is not that I go there to get cheered up I go because I am unwell and don’t look for confrontations, there was a time you were greeted with a smile that in itself was nice. When you are unwell and in constant pain no one wants to be spoken to briskly, I do find the doctors do the best they can under the circumstances but one bad receptionist make a visit to the doctors a very bad experience, I am afraid to put my name to this in case I end up without a doctor
