Walford Mill Medical Centre

I have been a patient at Walford Mill Medical Centre for many years. The service that I have received from this team of experts has always been impeccable. They have all been professional, very friendly, companionate and, in my experience, always bend-over backwards to be helpful. My advice to other patients is, always remember that you are dealing, not only with an expert in their field, but also, a human being, who is likely already over worked and stressed. Approach them with kindness, and they will do their best for you! Having a pharmacy, next door, is very useful, and the same applies to them.

Appalling receptionist attitude towards people needing appointments. Long telephone wait times & dreadful repeat prescription mistakes made on a regular basis. 2 of the doctors are excellent, which is the only reason I put up with the atrocious receptionist. Something has got to be done to change this! Better training is needed, along with better manners & respect. Gossiping about patients is not acceptable on any level!
