Face to face appointments were easy before covid 19. But because of covid 19 telephone is better, and more sensible. Have been very happy with the telephone service. Doctors and Prescribing Nurses excellent.
- Letting patients make their own decisions health wise. Informing patients about their condition is very good, no complaints there. Will always follow their professional advice. But once in I while prefer to go my own way. Hope this is okay with the surgery.
