On the day appointments fairly easy to get. Have always been able to be adviced/seen in timely manner. Nursing team are amazing and GPs great.
- GPs and Nurses able to book appointments more in advance when needed for follow ups or secondary vacinations etc. As conditions like mine make you forgetful.

I’ve been registered with Trinity for over 10 years and all have always been very helpful and professional. Polite and caring. It is very easy to book an appointment.

The receptionist always passes messages to the doctor who phone me back and usually give a same day appointment if they think it is urgent to see a professional
- Probably got a second opinion the first time I went as I was left with undiagnosed shingles for a few days. When I went back again, when it was worse, a second opinion was sought and a correct diagnosis made and effective treatment given

I was listened to and was spoken to politely and was given instructions and ask if I was ok with final decisions. I felt comfortable and happy the way I was treated.

This GP SURGERY is Uber Efficient. Today's job today mentality. My whole family including myself and 92 yr old fathercalways had prompt responses and appointments. Personally im fine with telephone consultation for minor routine matters , they normally happy the day you contact surgery, and I like to use the contact service online which is well monitored and very responsive. All in all a great surgery, very well run and managed . Ive found the current set of GPs very responsive and engaging. Thank you
