I’m very disappointed in this surgery. Receptionists are very rude, not very inviting - they speak as if they don’t care and don’t do anything to help with any issues we may have. Very difficult to find appointments and when I do find an appointment, it’s a week later than I would like. Very appalled with the service here and am actually considering moving to another surgery.
