The Stonebridge Practice

The whole team at Stonebridge Surgery are outstanding and deliver an exceptional level of care and service, consistently going above and beyond to help in any and every way they can. Without exception, every member of the practice team, nursing team, and GP team is incredibly lovely, kind, considerate, and empathetic. They always take their time to listen, they reassure where they can, and they truly act within the best interests of their patients under their care. I have complex health needs and have been under the care of many, many health professionals and teams for the last 40 years (since I was a young child). I honestly don't give high praise lightly. In particular, I can't even find the words to articulate just how much praise and gratitude I have for Dr Taylor. There are many, many wonderful GPs; but she really is a shining light. I feel unbelievably lucky and hugely grateful for all that she has done, and continues to do, to look after my health and wellbeing. THANK YOU Stonebridge Surgery. You are a one in a million team and I appreciate, from the bottom of my heart, all that you do.

I saw a young Australian podiatrist who I thought was superb. He gave me a really good, careful explanation of what had caused my foot problem. The whole consultation was super-useful. At the end of it, he came up with an treatment that has worked. My foot pain has gone. The help I had from Hillside was beyond my best expectations. I'm extremely grateful.

When people telephone the surgery it would be ideal if their calls were answered, not left to ring for over 3 mins then just going dead. When a patient uses the online prescription ordering system this should be processed and sent to the Pharmacy within 3 days not 6 as has sometimes happens.

This is one of the best surgery's by far and I really like the fact they care about their patients. some of the receptionist are helpful and hard working others are a lot lazier and I do wonder sometimes. The Gp's are amazing and really take their time to listen and put in a great effort of care for everyone. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Thanks

i like the walk in service, if i am sick i can go to the surgery in the morning or afternoon and i can now get an appointment on the day. It is very helpful for those of us who do not frequently visit the practice.

The doctors at this practice, particularly Dr. Jay and Dr. Subash, are amazing. Always take the time to explain things to me at my pace and discuss my medication options with me. If I refuse a certain treatment, they will always explain to me anything which is not in my best interests and tell me about alternatives. The receptionists are always willing to help and although it can get busy at times, I know they try their best to help me to book an appointment and find space.

staff are caring and understanding

I am very happy with my experience of this practice over the past few years. My GP is very good, and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Being able to book appointments and repeat prescriptions online works well too and saves waiting/queuing.
