E consult constantly gives message to call practice . Then the real fun starts. The practice does not answer. You get automatically cut off . If you are lucky to get through your told . Do an.e consult as they point blank refuse to accept you were told to call. This has been an ongoing issue for the 3 years I've used the practice. I have filled in feedback.making the practice aware of issues but no.progress is ever made or changes occur. I fear people could die as a result of this completely broken system that no one seems willing to try fixing even when it's short comings are fed back
