This surgery truly cares, it’s efficient and supportive. I have dealt with cancer over the past year and I can honestly say I have felt cared for, supported and safe. Everyone I have had dealings with from secretaries, receptionists, nurses and doctors have been so professional. A wonderful group of people.

Michelle was very good as usual and picked up I had a chest infection, she is also my COPD nurse and is always totally professional and caring . She is a credit to the surgery. Never in a rush and answers all questions.

Been trying for appointment since August 2025 paid private to see Neurologist to speak to someone!!! - eventually saw GP Doctor for help and advise this week !! Hoping see GP for update in a month?

It’s usually a month plus you have to wait for an appointment and difficult to see the same dr to follow on with a problem. My current situation has been over a 6 month period and I have never seen the same dr twice. They have all been attentive and understanding but it’s frustrating on both sides to have to keep repeating the symptoms and if they can’t find follow up hospital letter which was the case with me

My experience is that having explained my situation regarding multiple and complex health issues it would ideally be very good to have continuity with the same GP over a number of appointments. For instance I recently had an appointment with Dr Lad who totally obtained a good perspective on my situation and advised and prescribed accordingly. However subsequently I required another GP appointment and enquired if I could see Dr Lad again, I was advised that it would be at least a month before I could be allocated an appointment with him. My situation was/is rather more urgent and an appointment was arranged for a few days later with Dr Beeston who also proved to be very good, kind and understanding of my health issues.
