The Phoenix Medical Practice

A fantastic team who are helpful and dedicated to patient Care. When I have had concerns and wish to speak to my doctor or nursing staff directly I am either connected by phone or called back the same day. M6 practice goes beyond many other practices in my opinion. The level of care and professionalism is extradanary. I cannot see any negative points only posivety. I and others associated with the practice are lucky to have such a dedicated team who show care compassion understanding and empathy when needed. Well done to all. Mr G Pennant

The care was good and it was fast.

Efficient, friendly and professional staff. Very accessible - appointments usually available at short notice. Excellent patient care. Single doctor practice - very important for patients like me with several ongoing conditions. DR Khan himself is extremely nice and generous with time and attention. Overall an excellent GP medical practice.

This is the 1st time that I've lived away from home at Uni and I suffer from a lifelong condition of which the Uni GP's are dismissive. When I'm struggling I'm so grateful that I can come back to Doncaster and be seen by Dr Khan or one of his team (if he's not there) who understand my problem. I can honestly say that I've always been treated like an individual by all the staff at the Phoenix Surgery even when I was younger. So why can't all GP practices be like Dr Khan's? My friends can't believe the care that I receive!

I'm currently living away from home at Uni for the first time and have a lifelong condition of which the Uni GP's are very dismissive. That's why I always ring the practice and come back to Doncaster to see Dr Khan or one of his clinical team (when he isn't there) as they have always been supportive and fit me in whenever I need to come in. I've always been treated as an individual and not a child even when I was younger. Why can't all GP practices be like the Phoenix Surgery team?

My care is first class and no going.

I always am treated well and included in the decisions made for my treatment. I can obtain an appointment at times to suit me. I cannot think of any improvements which could be made in all aspects of this GP practice.

Dr Khan an excellent, caring GP, Dr Khan gives both medical and emotional support when required. Dr Khans staff are also above standard. A lot of GP's and GP practices could learn a lot from the service Dr Khan provides, I am aware of this as I work in the service, 10/10, would recommend all the time.
