The Orchard Surgery

I want to help others.please listen to my Review and be wary of this place.I have been treated with unkindness by a go from here.she did not listened.she rushed me.she did not follow through on my blood test, then said she'd never suggested them anyway! Turns out she even told me why hadnt I had a smear test, but I've got results from that, as I had it couple of months ago.there is such disorganisation and confusion.she then was sarcastic and belittled her errors as if it doesn't matter.my colleague had a prebooked appointment, but when he went she said there was no reason for him to be there, but she'd told him to pre book for his ongoing condition.the gp here who recently joined is so unorganized, I've never been anywhere so bad.the harsh way she spoke to her admin staff in front of whole place, but the mistakes were her own, is disgusting.pushing blame, taking no responsibility is disgraceful.

A doctor at this surgery moved here from a previous surgery, where she made a gross misdiagnosis, which has seriously affected an innocent patient, who saw foster in good faith. foster was rude, ignorant, abrupt, uncaring, and then so nastily refused to examine me regarding the true physical symptoms I sustained from an injury, which was not my fault.foster is a rude, arrogant person, who is a disgrace to the medical profession, and her gross negligence has caused such a long string of unnecessary events to happen to me.I have an injury that is physical, and has changed my once excellent health.foster did not examine me, nor listen to my intelligent description of my injury and resulting symptoms.She made a gross error in not listening.She made a gross error in wildly going off the mark, in totally misdiagnosing, by daring to comment that I was making up an injury, which, incidentally, was sustained in front of witnesses, and which, I knew had then caused pain, and my changed physical health.Had she had the appropriate attitude when she visited my property, maybe she'd have not made such wild and gross misplaced comments.However, before she'd even entered my property, she was full of a bad attitude, as if she was having a bad day, and in a bad mood from seeing previous patients.This is unprofessional, and she should have visited me with an appropriate attitude, good manners, a willingness to listen, and she should have examined me.She did none of those things.She made a gross error.She should never have behaved so unprofessionally.She has been proven wrong.I pleaded with her, at the time, to examine me, and to listen to me and to treat me with respect.But she treated me as if I was a nobody.I am a qualified, hard-working professional.I would never make up any injury, or resulting symptoms.I told foster, in good faith, what had happened to me, and how physically bad the subsequent pain and discomfort were.She was very narrow-minded in saying nobody could get a physical injury from what had happened to me.Millions of people injure themselves daily from lifting things, or defending themselves against others, etc.I have been treated abhorrently by foster.Once, she even misdiagnosed my conjunctivitis as viral, whereas it turned out to be bacterial.She was adamant that it was definitely viral, not ever saying, it could be viral or bacterial.She told me she'd given the correct diagnosis and eye drops, not once ever saying, it could be other forms of conjunctivitis!Consequently, she gave me the wrong eye drops, which meant the conjunctivitis never improved, until I visited a doctor, who corrected foster's error.Now, she has so wrongly disregarded a physical injury I sadly sustained!So, she can't diagnose basic things like which type of conjunctivitis one has, and she can't be honest in saying conjunctivitis takes many forms, and it's a case of "trying" several drops.She definitely told me my eye infection was viral conjunctivitis and I needed to use drops for several months until it would clear.When I went to a different gp, he immediately said how wrong foster was, and how she'd caused me unnecessary prolonging of my eye infection.Now, she can't, and won't even, diagnose an injury that is physical, and she didn't even refer me for any tests.She shut me down straight away, and she did not listen to the truth I tried to say, as if I were to shut up about something that really happened.She is not a doctor anybody would want near them.She does not know what she is doing, and furthermore, she has no conscience about her indignant attitude, and appalling disrespect for the truth I told her about my true, real, witnessed physical injury.I wonder why she then changed to another practice!As my physical injury has been proven by a professional, unlike foster, is that why she changed surgery?Is she thinking she can get away with gross malpractice?More than likely, she changed surgeries because she cares nothing about how she misdiagnoses, is rude, refuses to listen, but impacts so drastically on people's health and futures!!!!
