The New Elgin Practice

Very polite staff especially the girl from Croatia who work on the reception and Grace who now works as a nurse for blood test only. She is an angel! One person that shouldn't be there and I am shocked that she is still there is the nurse( the head nurse who deals with kids vaccination etc) This nurse is very agressive, bad manners, sarcastic and very impolite. I complaint about her twice but unfortunately she is from Ghana or Nigeria and therefore they don't dare to remove her in case she uses the race cards. The irony is that the manager of Elgin practice is black and she is the most professional and polite person you could ever find. Yet this nurse is still there and no one dares to discipline.

It's clean enough, other staff are good, it's just the Drs at this surgery are terrible!

It's a smart surgery, the other staff, reception and nurses, were very nice but I want to see a Dr that cares and listens and gives me quality time.
