The Medical Centre

We have been coming to the practice for many years and the doctors and nurses are lovely. The receptionists are always helpful and it is a pleasure to be poorly! We are always included in our care and always feel involved when my husband or me have to be referred. The doctors are so busy but they always have time for us and the nurses who now seem to visit (a great idea) are lovely and caring. keep up the good work and I hope the place gets a face lift soon as it is looking tired.

The Drs and nurse's do a great job but unfortunately before getting to see one, I have got to get past the receptionist! Which reception (ground 1st floor) do I actually back in at ?? It is pointless having name badges of they are not worn correctly.

Quick and efficient on 2 occasions, was very pleased with the service I received on both occasions.

I have been taken care of with any problems. Excellent care and follow up excellent. Proof of this is that I have been with this practice since the day I was born.

only recently registered with this practice and can honestly say....WOW! excellent service from reception to nurse, to GP to practice manager. Every member of staff cares. They are respectful of problems and I don't understand why others wont tell a receptionist what the problem is on the phone, why would anyone want an appointment with the wrong person?? I have been registered with other practices in Doncaster due to living in different areas, I wont move from this one

The only real issue was due to the fact that the doctor was not in his usual office on 1st floor but in the ground floor nurses office meaning I was sent to wrong waiting area! Otherwise I was happy with the care!

The service received at this practice is the best, i recomment them to my friends and family all the time and cant understand why others moan about their own practice, surely they should all be run the way Frances Street do it....Keep it up

The surgery always offers prompt appointments on day of calling with either nurse or doctor. Excellent service to patients.
