The Lilyville Surgery

Unsympathetic doctor refused my request for a mri scan for chronic back pain leaving me with low quality of life as a pensioner I am disgusted by his decision

We are extremely lucky to belong to an amazing surgery which is blessed with fantastic , caring and professional doctors. You are always made to feel welcome and this unique group of doctors take the time and patience to listen to you as an individual The reception staff are wonderful and always helpful now that a certain member of the team has left.

One of the receptionists is dreadful. Really unprofessional and rude! When I asked her name she said “Jesus Christ” and slammed down the phone. She is constantly unhelpful. I needed to book a blood test and she was really uncooperative. The best thing you can do is ask one of the doctors to call you back as they are really helpful and kind. The receptionist will then, sometimes help.
