The Cedars Surgery

On this occasion I came out of the Doctors room after my appointment. The Doctor asked me to see him again in two weeks time and to go to the reception and make the appointment. I went to Reception to be told I could not book an appointment only by doing an another on-line doing e-com. I said I have just come out from seeing a doctor and he told me to go and book an appointment. To do an econ took me 32 minutes there was so many questions which in this case would probably of taken only a few minutes at the time. Where has common sense by the management disappeared.
