The Cadogen Clinic gave excellent care and service throughout. From arrival, the receptionists were so friendly and kind making sure not only I was looked after, but my mother and best friend who had come to support post surgery. My nurse was attentive, supportive, friendly - overall amazing, as was every member of medical staff who attended me. Could not recommend the Cadogen clinic more!

My experience at the clinic was very positive. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and all the staff I interacted with were very kind and welcoming. I did not book my treatment through the clinic, but through a third party, so this question isn't applicable to my case.

I recently had a breast reduction at the Cadogan. From start to finish , I received excellent care. Everything was explained to me fully. I was terrified before my surgery, but my surgeon , Mr Cavale could not have been kinder. My anaesthetist completely reassured me, that I would be in good hands. The nursing team were all so kind. I even got a call at home the next day to check that all was well. I would highly recommend the Cadogan, and would have no hesitation to go back. Jackie H.

I feel completely misled by Cardogan clinic. I made it very clear that I needed to visit with the consultant when booking the first visit (cost £50). I then turned up and was seen by the beauty therapist. She said almost straight away that I would have to come back for a 2nd appointment with the consultant, and said I would not be charged for this. I then went to the 2nd appointment and afterwards was informed that I had to pay £150! At no point prior to the appointment was I told that the consultation was chargeable. When I complained about this they admitted I was misled by the beauty therapist and said I had to pay regardless. They were exceptionally rude whilst dealing with the situation. They then did not send quotes for the treatment discussed with the consultant, so the whole experience was a complete waste of my time and cost me £50 plus travelling into London twice (£100). Disgraceful customer service.

The clinic's lawyers are now sending me legal threats to stop warning other women of what they did to me! My name is Nathalie Dauriac. I wrote a review explaining that the clinic burnt my chest (see picture above) which will probably leave me marked for life. I was told again this week by a burns specialist (that i have to see and to pay every week for the last 6 weeks) that I would need to be out of the sun for at least a year due to the damage to my skin caused by the clinic's negligence. The reason I am writing a second review is that the clinic's lawyers have now threatened me to sue me should I make my experience with the Cadogan clinic public and warn other women of what the Cadogan clinic did to me. First, they burnt me, they sent me home without seeing a doctor after i fainted twice (telling me it is "normal"). When i complained about my treatment and injuries, they said it was an "alleged injury" (see pictures above), they refused to apologise and now send me threats through lawyers. This is just a disgrace and I want to make sure I warn any ladies in the UK of the way this clinic operate.
