The more I say about this practice, the less it seems The staff are exceptional at this practice, working long hours and dealing with big crowds, the service is just outstanding. I am yet to see a quiet day! I have read many negative and positive comments on this site and all I can say is, this practice goes over and beyond for their patients. THANK YOU SCARSDALE MEDICAL CENTER !!! I am talking from first hand experience . Practice had its faults but they have now turned it around since the new management team. No practice is perfect, every practice has its flaws, but we have to appreciate how far this practice has come. I do not believe there is another practice as good as this! It is with regret that I write this review today for Scarsdale Medical Centre. This is my 11th year registered at this surgery. My family and I have been treated by the most wonderful doctors (and nurses), both past and present. The problem is that over the past year, I have seen a decline in patient care and respect from the reception staff. I have given this feedback on two occasions to both the Practice Manager and Reception desk Manager. The former person I spoke to just today; when I explained the current issue I was having, she was unhelpful and defensive. We as patients should feel safe and cared for by our local health surgeries. I sincerely hope that someone from the surgery who cares, and has the power to effect change, is reading these posts and taking them seriously.

Great service all round from reception to attentive doctors and nurse staff. Geat attitude to caring for patients. I have been a registered to this surgery for about 10 years.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient at Scarsdale Medical Centre since1994 and have been treated by various doctors, nurses and a physiotherapist. Without exception, always kind and caring, and seen in well appointed,clean and comfortable rooms. The receptionists - wonderful!

I find Scarsdale Medical Centre highly professional and in general they go out of their way to ensure that the patient's concern is always of primary importance.
