Professional, caring and kind staff. Doctors take their time explaining the condition and make you feel really taken care of. Especially Dr. Edwards.

Receptionists are helpful and professional. Easy to get appointments even though I work full time. Doctors and nurses give you time and listen.

My appointment for my daughter (age 2) was at 8.30am yet I wasn't seen until 8.55am. Not great practice making me late for my day and I'm sure the rest of the patients as it will have a knock on effect. The receptionists were apologetic but could do little about it.
