Wonderful surgery & staff, Always easy to get appointments & quick to act on urgent issues. Very grateful for the care I’ve had here - especially when it came to fertility testing & ivf referall. A big thank you.

The level of care and service has always been outstanding with a good staffs and receptionist. This is my family GP for many years. The late Dr.Gupta, may his soul rest in perfect peace. He is an amazing man. The good service continues under Dr.H and Dr.A Harrar. All the doctors here are very responsive to people's needs. They treat people with kindness, dignity and respect. The compassion and understanding showed to me and my family was above and beyond. Thank you to all the teams and doctors for their excellent job. God bless you all.

excellent surgery , I've been a patient over 30 years . when i started the symptoms of my progressive congenital disability the late Dr Gupta referred me hospital straight away and since then i have been diagnosed with lifetime serious conditions Dr Harrar husband and wife GPS have always been very professional ,caring and very supportive now i am almost housebound [ unless i am accompanied by my carer or friend ] they go out of their way to support me I have sometimes had to wait on the phone and at the walk in surgery but still get seen . The reception and admin staff always treat me with respect and compassion . So to moaners on here try having a little empathy and patience the surgery is very busy and the staff are pulling out the stops to help us all. if you really do have a genuine concern then contact the practice manager who is approachable and can allay your concerns

The Practice is great the staff are good and helpful. I have been a patient for just over 20 years and do not have any problem. I will recommend this Practice to friends and family.

Like anywhere else there are faults with this Practice HOWEVER unlike anywhere else, you will always be seen (if you get there early enough) and some of their medical team really are exemplary. I think Sandmere offer a brilliant service considering how much pressure this busy central London practice must be under (given the volume of clientele it gets through the doors). Some of the GP's here are outstanding - most notably Dr A Harrar, Dr Thanga and Dr S James. These people have gone out of their way to help me treat various ailments over the past number of years - and I am grateful to them all. The reception staff here (if you treat them with a bit of respect ...some people don't) are very helpful and friendly also. I have recently moved but I still travel (out of my way) to come here and use their excellent services.
