The receptionist is outstanding and needs to be recognised, her name was charlotte within the dermatology dept, she is kind, and very informative, she even remembered my parents had passed away and wished me well. That was really heartwarming and so so thoughtful of her. She has really made a differemce. Very clean and proffesional Dr's, thank you for looking after me.

The receptionist was outstanding!I was pulling into the car park when she phoned me to say the current patient booked was delayed and to come straight away.Mr Macdonald would attend to me & carry out my surgery!I thanked her for her prompt reaction in allowing me to take the whole thing there and then! I was really impressed! Thank her please again!
