Receptionist was very nice to me when I called to enquire about changing practitioner.

I don’t find Dr. Koshy a very good practitioner. I’m not sure if it’s personal and she does not like me, or because her English is poor, but regardless she has neglected to provide optimal medical service to me. I won’t go into details, but I don’t think I’ve been by an actual GP when I’ve been to her appointments. If you have been seen Dr. Koshy, check her after appointment notes, let me know if yours are just as poor as mine.

I'm appalled by the service of this surgery. Since moving house, they've struck me off with minimal warning, and when I asked where I would get ESSENTIAL medication from the rude receptionist was unhelpful and said she didn't know, more like she didnt care

I've been with this practice almost 40 years and wouldn't move we have alot of new doctors In the practice which is good and most of them I can't comment on Dr sayed is a very caring doctor and so is Dr whittle the older doctors that have left Dr Whittaker was fantastic the practice is now at its best however there can be conflicting information between practises and reception staff

Very hard to get a home phone call appointment always told to ring next day at 8’oclock but don’t get a answer for over 20 minutes then told again no phone appointments available. Something needs to change here .

This surgery has gone down hill , more females than male Drs instead of a balance , most of the Drs are new , they all have conflicting views , most of them just seem to pre occupied by other things how can you trust your life in this type of service !
