I seem to always be having problems with my repeat prescriptions. I don't always get my medications when requested which means daily calls to my chemist etc and today I learnt that the reason for this recent delay was because the printer wasn't printing properly. I was then informed that a further delay was getting them signed off by the GP. In the meantime I have had to go without some very important treatment.
