Have found the service has improved since online appointments are available Which inturn has helped the receptionists to have more time and are able to be more helpful. Have had great help over the past two years with a doctor contacting me to check my health on a regular basis and has been a great source of help moving forward Can only thank Priory Surgery

I found the receptionist to be condescending and patronising bordering on being rueful. she wasn't being very helpful kept telling me to go Silverstone what ever Silverstone is, all I wanted was to see a doctor for a prescription and she was in a hurry to cast me adrift.. i'm 68 going on 69 and like to be treated with a little respect after serving this country in two war zones I don't like being pushed off like a chunk of stale meat. I don't make a habit of seeing the doctor I wish not to be a burden but everyone should be treated with respect.
