The reception who looked Latino was lovely. And also the nurse Lisa was very easy to interact with : she was efficient and quick.

The receptionist are rude and can’t understand you and you can’t understand them and they give you other peoples information rather than your own. They lose things all the time and they lose urine and blood samples all the time having to redo them again and again and again put in vulnerable people at risk. They send out Texts to elderly to cancel appointments and the elderly people don’t have Phones or are not great with them. so turn up at the appointment to be turned away after the struggle of getting there. Do not join this Doctors they are frustrating and one of the reasons why we will end up losing the Nhs and go in private.

Absolutely appalling service by rude staff and unprofessional and incompetent doctors. Absolutely shocking treatment by the practice manager shouting at me in the reception area in front of everyone. This place is a disgrace! With GP practice’s like this no wonder the NHS is struggling!

I have used the surgery twice and had positive experiences both times. The GP was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the nurse I saw for my flu jab was professional. The staff were positive and helpful.

I have been with princess for over 9years, the Doctors and nurses are very ok but bad customer service. The receptionist are very rude especially the women they worsen your situation. Not polite at all no regards for human, their tone of voice very very bad. I'm not happy the way I was been spoken to today by those so called receptionist. I have decided to move my family from princess.

The receptionists are either rude and unhelpful or incredibly slow. I was made to feel stupid when I asked to change an appointment. On the few occasions where I have convinced myself to go I have been made to feel like an inconvenience by the reception staff.
