Would like to say a big thank you to Natalie Willis in Pollok Health Centre , she is one of the nicest people I have met , she goes out of her way for everyone and is so cheerful , more receptionists should take a leaf out of her book , this is the first time I have went there for treatment and she has been so helpful , I have sat in the waiting room listening to her with all the patients and she is amazing , she deserves a medal .
