I have always found all staff very efficient and friendly - even if an appointment is not available for some time a Doctor will always call and discuss symptoms and will see you in an emergency - this is always very reassuring Today I was treated very well when I telephoned about something which, in the end, was minor I am particularly grateful to Dr Gilbert who called me within minutes of my calling the Surgery - he reassured me, and even checked my notes and called me back re having a Blood Pressure check - I was then given an appointment with Nurse Wendy a few hours later who was so efficient, and very kind and reassuring - the outcome was favourable and helpful to me My health is normally very good, and rarely have to visit the Surgery, but it is wonderful to have such an excellent Practice available which is obviously very well managed Many Thank to all particularly in this present Pandemic crisis - your invaluable work is most appreciated!!
