I broke my leg, at A&E the staff were fantastic & I was in & out in one hour. I had my leg x-rayed, fixed with a temporary cast & an appointment was made for the fracture clinic 2 days later. At the fracture clinic Mr Hatton & the team were great. Excellent care & professional caring staff. A credit to the NHS. Thank you.

I had an appointment on Friday, 16/8/24 at 13.30, followed by a procedure at 14.15. The Endoscopy team, led by Andrew Horton, were very efficient and explained all that I could expect during my Colonoscopy. They also answered any questions that I had. The Team seemed to get on well with each other and put me at ease, chatting with me during the Op. Many thanks for their expertise. I must also mention the Nurse who took me through the paperwork before my procedure. I think his name was Suleman. He was caring and very thorough, double checking my medical history. He is an assett to the Endoscopy Dept. My aftercare was excellent, and at all times I was treated as an individual. Thank You.

The nurse very helpful and the chairs in the room/ward very easy to use and very nice to sit in but would be better if they lay back more like a bed.
