This surgery and both it's GP'S and all nurses and staff are amazing caring understanding and kind. A wonderful surgery that I am blessed to be a patient of.

This is hands down the worst "surgery" in lanarkshire if not Scotland and receptionist are always looking for an excuse to not give you an appointment after spending half the day to get through, I don't think medically unqualified people who's job it is to answer phones should be judging if patients are ill enough to see a doctor. Their attitude is lazy at best, they clearly hate their job and resent patients for making appointments. If you are moving to the area find a different surgery because all you will be here is an inconvenience.

  • Restructure your appointments system and fire receptionists immediately and replace them with people who aren't just there for the pay cheque and are eager to help people who in there time of need should be treated with respect not as an inconvenience to their day.

Impossible to get GP appointments through the reception. Phone lines are constantly busy between 8.30 and 9.00 where new appointments are released daily. They have withdrawn the online GP appointments system and the in surgery appointments. Only option for GP appointments are by the phone. I have been trying for months to get a GP appointment. Still no luck.

  • Bring back the online and in surgery GP appointments system.
