Great local surgery.

After dealing with some professional GP's, I cannot understand why they have the low manor and rudeness of the secretary. This woman is obviously board of her job and can't really be bothered to help. Just an ounce of kindness or friendliness would make a whole world of difference. .but dont expect it on the other end of the phone. Useless, frustrating and very unpleasant to deal with.
