London Road Surgery

My family has been attending this surgery for many years. However in the last couple of years I found that the receptionists are becoming gradually unfriendly, the new policies on appointements too restrictive and thh facilities there are lowering in standard. You must now ask for a bathroom key (which is a 50p coin) to use the bathroom which has a unpleasant message on the door courtesy of the staff. I have never seen the same doctor more than twice (all with varying bedside manners from unpleasant to pleasant), the appointements are never on time and are very short. To add to it you may only bring up one problem at a time, even if you do not use the full time allocated to you for one of your problems.

Dr C Patel was efficient and speedy but, at the same time, did not hurry me through the consultation. She explained what she proposed to prescribe and checked that I didn't know of any reason (allergy) not to take it.
