Lilliput Surgery

I was pleased with the Dr I saw (Adi) On entry I spoke to the receptionist about not being allowed in even Dr Adi asked if he could let the other waiting patients in but was told "That's the rules " I think the Dr was disgusted and embarrassed at having to refuse entry to the poorly patients .

Appointment with Dr M this morning. He was excellent - caring, thorough, reassuring and also willing to explain things in terms I could understand. Very good indeed, he did a great job. Much appreciated.

My son had an infection as a result of an ingrowing toenail….he filled in klinic form received an appointment very quickly was told needed minor op and in less than a week had the procedure with Dr Sam and his lovely nurse. We have been at this practice for many years the care my whole family receive at this surgery is second to none, they are a lovely practice from receptionists to doctors and nurses professional and caring as always thank you so much.

apart from maybe 1 gp and a nurse I saw, the staff are unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and uncaring. . I will be changing practices asap as I cannot take this level of incompetence anymore. 3 years is long enough.

My experience, as a patient at the Lilliput Surgery, has been very disappointing. They pay little attention, miss visits and don't seem to get involved in proper diagnosis. This is a real shame because the surgery used to be a lovely place but now our treatment seems to be regarded as a cost to be minimised (and what better way than to ignore it?) Shame on them.
