Covid will be over before I get an appointment,Not for the first time Ive had an appointment cancelled. This time I had an appointment booked for 21 Dec, got a message 12.15pm 15 dec. technical fault so rebook. tried to rebook 15 Dec. called 12.17 disconnected after 1 minute 26 seconds, called back 12.18 disconnected after 2 minutes 37 seconds re dialled again 12.21 disconnected whilst waiting for an appointment 4 minutes 55 seconds. Worst ever doctor surgery I have ever had to deal with. ABSOLUTE JOKE. now looking for another doctor who actually care about their patients.
- Everything I had mentioned could have been dealt with better.

Friendly staff and the emergency surgery means you can be seen any day you wish. Even booked appointments are usually only a few days wait.

I wish it hadn't taken me so long to find this practice. It's so easy to get an appointment, the receptionists are (usually) lovely and the GPs have been really good. I'm just disappointed I'm moving away and can't stay on their books!
