I have been with this surgery for many many years, and although there has been an enormous anount of changes, i can still get an appointment, normally with the doctor i request to see and always find both GPs and Receptionist very helpful. The Treatment Room Nurses are brilliant and i would recommend this surgery to anyone.

Receptionists are rude and to get a GP to vist my 92 year old housebound mum is non insistant. They sent a nurse practioner who rang before visiting her to check she still needed a visit. I asked specifically for a GP not a nurse and obviously if me and her carer had rang it was necessary to visit her. A GP never visited her and she ended up going to Bristol Royal Infirmary where she later died. Even when I rang about a death certificate they forgot to call me back and when I had to ring again was told they wouldn't do it and had to go to a coroner. They are heartless individuals who work for the practice and in my opnion should not be in this type of job. I just hope when they are old and need the help that my mum needed from them, that they get treated the same way my mum did.
