Really appreciated the smear clinic on a saturday morning, working 9-5.30 mon fri make it difficult to arrange appointments and having Saturday as an option was really helpful. I appreciate that even though you may have to wait a week or two you can always schedule an appointment for health concerns that maynot need same day attention and I'm aware a lot of practice's obly have same day appointments. Im really glad this isn't the case at kingthorne and hope it stays this way.

The receptionist made me feel like a child, tutting at me as I wasn’t willing to disclose my private issues at a desk where everyone could hear. I found this disrespectful and this is not the first time I have been treated this way by a receptionist at this surgery! Apart from the reception staff the surgery is great

All staff are friendly and helpful and will go that extra mile to be so. If you need to see someone, then it will be arranged if possible.

cannot log in with current user name and password to re order medication the phone is constantly engaged and i work sixty hours a week with vulnerable children and not able to come in to speak to anyone.

The Kingthorne Practice is excellent and one that I am proud to belong to and to recommend. As well as the fantastic GPs we have met so far the Reception staff are most helpful, friendly and very efficient. I am very grateful to them for their kindness and efficiency.

Rang in this morning to tell that ive been feeling really bad and most likely got a tonsilitis. Was told : " we dont treat sore throat " im sorry but someone with tonsilitis as it has been comfirmed by other GP i would like to disagree. I dont treat sore throat myself but tonsilitis is completely different. So little emphaty so little care . Offering me to go to out of hours services or be in pain for at least 3 - 4 days before they consider to see me ? Dissapointed with the care already and this was my first appointment since registering.
