King Edward Road Surgery

For the most part the care navigators are helpful and try and rectify any mistakes that that have occured. But some of the GPs are not that good. There has been breaches of patient confidentiality, test results sent to the wrong GP surgery, no apology given, I have heard patients moan about the service when I am in the the waiting area surgery, GPs try to force you to go online and create extra work for the patient. They don't also print off necessary handouts. Prescriptions are not signed off at the correct time. The online triage system is not that effective. Messages between staff are not seen viewed correctly.

This is a very good surgery. The Doctor are helpful and empathetic. The Receptionists are for the most part very helpful especially Anna. It is possible usually to get an appointment. I would rate it highly.

I I am very disappointed with the ladies at the Reception. They don't help me at all. When I call for an appointment, the lady at the Reception tells me to go to the pharmacy! Which is fair to me! Since I called to make an appointment, it's normal to see the doctor! If I wanted to take pills, I would go to the pharmacy! The reception ladies are very bad!

I was deeply saddened to see a bad review for this surgery who for many years have treated me with the upmost kindness and respect. The doctors are all in gauged with the problems that you present and a patient, kind and courteous. The receptionists are helpful and when the occasional mistake is made they are always willing to go to great lengths to remedy them as soon as possible. I have the greatest faith in King Edward Road surgery and in all the practitioners who serve Us there

The quality of care is none existent, can not fit me in to see a nurse for 3 days!
