The doctors are amazing. But if you leave the area they de-register you and its like - go away and languish. They need to realise that people develop relationships of trust with their doctor. They don't care about you once you can't afford to live in the area.
- Allow people to stay as patients when they leave Putney so they can continue to see their doctor.

Its very busy and sometimes the reception staff look overwhlemed. But all staff are very friendly and professional. Nurses have been so helpful to a busy career person like me!
