I called the Practice today. The receptionist was very polite. Basically, I asked for a letter from my Gp.She was very professional and immediately send a copy of it on my phone in order to ask for my approval before she posted to me. In addition to the above, the doctors are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Headstone Surgery is a Great Practice which provides outstanding care. I couldn’t be happier. Anastasia

We have been with this surgery for many years and the Doctors and staff are always very helpful in every way. The Doctors go out of their way to sort matters for you. Our Doctor always phones if there is a need for further treatment or anything else that needs to be done. As my husband is housebound at present she arranges for a nurse to come to our house for blood tests. I cannot praise our Doctor enough.

Staff can be a little uppity sometimes. They seem to lack any real training management or systems. Great Dr’s however. Having said that things do run smoothly most of the time.

All the staff are very helpful. Appointments can usually be had in the within the next 48 hours or so and doctors are available over the phone for consultation. Doctors and nurses, again, are very helpful and have always taken the time to discuss illness and different types of treatment that are available.

The receptionist Daksha Patel is a 'Gods gift to Mankind' The practice nurse - Zora has helped me take responsibility for my diabetes and it is now better managed

The greatest improvement that has been done in this surgery in recent years, is hiring the receptionist Elena who is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Her high quality customer service makes the GP visit a pleasant experience.

As I said previously this is an assuring comforting guiding and caring surgery where one finds pleasant environment, prompt and affectionate attendance, appropriate information and above all provides an easy and prompt access. All that a patient needs for his health is readily provided.
