Hayes Town Medical Centre

Absolutely atrocious avoid this place like the plague. I just called to book an appointment for my 5 year old. I was on hold for over 1hr & 20mins listening to the pre-recorded message... then suddenly the phone went quiet, probably a ploy to get me to hang up but I was adamant I would speak to someone... eventually someone answered and I queried why I had been on hold for so long and was told they were busy... but I received no any form of apology!! Utterly disgraceful

The most useless GP ever... I have been having problems for 2 years, that were not taken seriously until I chandged my GP, when it got resolved within a few weeks with a simple prescription
